Le SNPMEN-FO a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger sa population face aux cons\u00e9quences du changement climatique et au vol de grande ampleur de donn\u00e9es personnelles. Et ce n&rsquo;est pas le PLF 2027 qui va permettre d&rsquo;engager les chantiers n\u00e9cessaires pour redresser la situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale, l\u2019\u00c9tat employeur s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 incapable de prot\u00e9ger ses agents avec un <strong>plan canicule inadapt\u00e9<\/strong>, incapable d\u2019accueillir \u00e9l\u00e8ves et \u00e9tudiants dans des conditions d\u00e9centes, laissant comme d\u2019habitude les personnels se d\u00e9brouiller comme ils pouvaient. Quant aux <strong>cyberattaques<\/strong>, le ministre ne r\u00e9pond pas aux questions pourtant essentielles sur l\u2019ampleur de la fuite des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;administration centrale, on <strong>licencie <\/strong>des fonctionnaires stagiaires issus des IRA au pr\u00e9texte qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas acquis une posture de cadre et qu\u2019ils n\u2019interrogent pas suffisamment les commandes qui leur sont faites !
