Le SNPMEN-FO, comme la conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration CGT-Force Ouvri\u00e8re, reste attach\u00e9 aux principes de la Charte d\u2019Amiens<\/strong>, qui, en 1906, fut le texte fondateur du syndicalisme ouvrier en France. Cela signifie que tout agent de l\u2019administration centrale peut le rejoindre quelles que soient ses opinions politiques, philosophiques ou religieuses. En contrepartie, il est demand\u00e9 \u00e0 chacun, comme le fait la Charte d\u2019Amiens, \u00ab de ne pas introduire dans le syndicat les opinions qu\u2019il professe au dehors \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 l’occasion du 120e anniversaire de la r\u00e9daction du texte, FO r\u00e9affirme son attachement ind\u00e9fectible \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 de revendication, \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation et \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats mat\u00e9riels et moraux des travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

120 ans apr\u00e8s, la Charte d\u2019Amiens reste sa boussole. L\u2019ind\u00e9pendance syndicale n\u2019est ni une posture ni un h\u00e9ritage fig\u00e9. Elle est une condition essentielle pour d\u00e9fendre les salari\u00e9s, conqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux droits et pr\u00e9server la libert\u00e9 syndicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
