\u00c0 l’ordre du jour du CTAC du 28 juin 2022, figuraient de nouvelles restructurations<\/strong> impliquant pas moins de 3 directions. Le SNPMEN-FO r\u00e9affirme son opposition \u00e0 toute mise en cause des pr\u00e9rogatives de l’administration centrale, garante de l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement sur tout le territoire. Le syndicat d\u00e9plore l’ouverture \u00e0 la substitution de fonctionnaires par des agents contractuels, permise par la loi de transformation de la fonction publique, et constate que ces derniers se voient attribuer des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations tr\u00e8s basses sans rapport avec les fonctions qu’ils exercent. La pr\u00e9carisation <\/strong>touche aujourd’hui tous les personnels et la prochaine hausse du point d’indice ne suffira pas \u00e0 la juguler. \u00c0 l’administration centrale, reste d’actualit\u00e9 l’exigence d’un retour \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me d’augmentation automatique pour tous de la prime annuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
