Le SNPMEN -FO exige l&rsquo;abandon du plan <em>Descartes &#8211; horizon 2024<\/em> et l&rsquo;abandon du projet de regroupement de 1700 agents sur un site unique en banlieue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entassement dans des open space, flex office, perte de 25% des surfaces occup\u00e9es actuellement, allongement des temps de transport, voil\u00e0 ce qui attend des centaines d&rsquo;agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous refusons que des agents de l\u2019administration centrale se voient imposer de telles d\u00e9gradations de leurs conditions de travail et de vie quotidienne.
