Les agents de la DGRH ont appris brutalement qu’une restructuration<\/strong> de leur direction d’une ampleur exceptionnelle<\/strong> va \u00eatre conduite dans la pr\u00e9cipitation<\/strong>. Lors de la Formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du CSA du 25 avril, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9 un avis qui souligne notamment : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab L’annonce brutale d\u2019un projet de r\u00e9organisation \u00e0 la DGRH faite aux agents cette semaine a choqu\u00e9 les personnels tant sur le fond que sur la forme. Il est inacceptable que les repr\u00e9sentants des personnels n\u2019aient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s de ce projet dans le respect du cadre r\u00e9glementaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Le projet entra\u00eene \u00e0 la fois la disparition<\/strong> de certains bureaux et la disparition de missions jusqu’alors d\u00e9volues \u00e0 l’administration centrale. De fait, des coll\u00e8gues vont perdre leur poste. Ils ne peuvent se satisfaire de la promesse du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui assure que \u00ab\u00a0les agents dont les missions vont \u00e9voluer conserveront un poste dans leur environnement professionnel<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est inadmissible que les personnels de la DGRH fassent les frais du contexte actuel de restrictions budg\u00e9taires et de pr\u00e9paration de l’acte 2 de la r\u00e9forme de transformation de la fonction publique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
