Transfert en banlieue, resserrement des personnels, restructuration de la DGRH, mise en cause des missions de la centrale : pour le SNPMEN-FO, toutes ces mesures doivent \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du CSA du 3 juillet 2024, les repr\u00e9sentantes FO ont notamment rappel\u00e9 le rejet massif du projet de transfert en banlieue et en ont demand\u00e9 l&rsquo;abandon.  Tout comme elles ont exig\u00e9 que l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 de restructuration de la DGRH ne s&rsquo;applique pas et soit abrog\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, elles ont fait part de la d\u00e9ception des agents qui n&rsquo;ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;aucun avancement cette ann\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 leur anciennet\u00e9.
