La direction invite les personnels \u00e0 remplir un questionnaire QVCT au pr\u00e9texte d\u2019associer les personnels \u00ab&nbsp;au changement du quotidien&nbsp;\u00bb affirmant m\u00eame que les bonnes id\u00e9es viendront des agents&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre le questionnaire, les injonctions \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des jeux s\u00e9rieux se multiplient. Le mill\u00e9sime 2024 est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 au <strong>SLAC <\/strong>(sens-lien-activit\u00e9-confort) d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes du management, cens\u00e9 stimuler les d\u00e9bats autour du bien-\u00eatre au travail&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne soyons pas dupes !
