S&rsquo;y ajoutent des r\u00e9organisations incessantes, des surcharges de travail, le m\u00e9pris des agents dont on supprime ou modifie les missions du jour au lendemain, la panoplie d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e par l\u2019administration pour faire croire que les agents sont des acteurs de leur environnement de travail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail des agents rel\u00e8ve de la responsabilit\u00e9 des employeurs. Pourtant, le SNPMEN-FO constate l\u2019<strong>absence<\/strong> de mise en place d\u2019une <strong>pr\u00e9vention primaire<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019administration centrale et d\u00e9nonce une <strong>organisation dysfonctionnelle<\/strong> de cette instance qu\u2019est la formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en administration centrale : des documents qui ne sont pas envoy\u00e9s aux OS en amont des r\u00e9unions, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments partiels pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s en s\u00e9ance qui ne permettent pas de pr\u00e9parer les r\u00e9unions. Enfin, les comptes rendus qui nous sont adress\u00e9s hors des d\u00e9lais r\u00e9glementaires nous rappellent de fa\u00e7on continue que nous n\u2019obtenons tout simplement pas de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des questions qui sont pos\u00e9es s\u00e9ance apr\u00e8s s\u00e9ance alors m\u00eame que l\u2019administration dispose de l\u2019information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/F3SCT-9janvier2025_declaration-liminaire.pdf\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a> la d\u00e9claration liminaire &#8211;
