Le SNPMEN-FO y a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un avis sur la <strong>pr\u00e9servation des conditions de travail<\/strong> des agents concern\u00e9s par la d\u00e9localisation sur le site de la rue Pascal \u00e0 Gentilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avis pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le SNPMEN-FO :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Afin de pr\u00e9server les conditions de travail dans le cadre de la d\u00e9localisation d\u2019agents sur le site de la rue Pascal \u00e0 Gentilly, la FS3CT demande que&nbsp;:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>soit propos\u00e9 le maintien sur un site parisien de l\u2019administration centrale \u00e0 tout agent qui constaterait que son transfert sur le site de Gentilly allongerait ses temps de transport quotidien dans des proportions inacceptables,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>tous les personnels transf\u00e9r\u00e9s sur le site de Gentilly b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de bureaux attribu\u00e9s et ne soient pas soumis \u00e0 l\u2019instauration du flex office,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>soit exclue leur implantation dans des open space,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>soit respect\u00e9e une jauge de personnels transf\u00e9r\u00e9s sur le site de Gentilly permettant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces demandes l\u00e9gitimes et que soit ainsi assur\u00e9e la pr\u00e9servation des conditions de travail des agents ce que la jauge actuelle de 2300 agents ne permet pas d\u2019assurer.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger la <a href=\"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/declaration-liminaire_FS-8juillet2025_SNPMEN-FO.pdf\">d\u00e9claration liminaire<\/a> et l&rsquo;avis du SNPMEN-FO<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de l\u2019administration centrale s\u2019est r\u00e9unie le mardi 8 juillet 2025.
