{"id":848,"date":"2025-12-18T16:53:46","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T15:53:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/?p=848"},"modified":"2025-12-18T16:56:59","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T15:56:59","slug":"tout-ce-que-vous-voulez-savoir-sur-le-rifseep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/index.php\/2025\/12\/18\/tout-ce-que-vous-voulez-savoir-sur-le-rifseep\/","title":{"rendered":"Tout ce que vous voulez savoir sur le RIFSEEP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>RIFSEEP<\/strong> ou r\u00e9gime indemnitaire tenant compte des fonctions, des suj\u00e9tions, de l&rsquo;expertise et de l&rsquo;engagement professionnel, est l&rsquo;outil indemnitaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la fonction publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il se d\u00e9compose en deux parties : IFSE + CIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IFSE<\/strong><br>Les fonctionnaires b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;une indemnit\u00e9 de fonctions, de suj\u00e9tions et d&rsquo;expertise (IFSE). Le montant de l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 de fonctions, de suj\u00e9tions et d&rsquo;expertise est fix\u00e9 selon le <strong>niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;expertise <\/strong>requis dans l&rsquo;exercice des fonctions.<br>Les fonctions occup\u00e9es par les fonctionnaires d&rsquo;un m\u00eame corps ou statut d&#8217;emploi sont r\u00e9parties au sein de <strong>diff\u00e9rents groupes<\/strong> au regard des crit\u00e8res professionnels suivants :<br>1\u00b0 Fonctions d&rsquo;encadrement, de coordination, de pilotage ou de conception ;<br>2\u00b0 Technicit\u00e9, expertise, exp\u00e9rience ou qualification n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice des fonctions ;<br>3\u00b0 Suj\u00e9tions particuli\u00e8res ou degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;exposition du poste au regard de son environnement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le versement de l&rsquo;IFSE est mensuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/IFSE-dotations-intiales_janvier2025.pdf\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a> le tableau indicatif des <strong>attributions initiales d&rsquo;IFSE<\/strong> du 1er <strong>janvier 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le compl\u00e9ment indemnitaire annuel (CIA) est une <strong>prime facultative <\/strong>int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le RIFSEEP. Le CIA tient compte de l&rsquo;engagement professionnel et de la mani\u00e8re de servir du fonctionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9termination du montant de ce compl\u00e9ment indemnitaire est tr\u00e8s simple : les attributions individuelles sont comprises entre 0 et 100 % d\u2019un montant maximal fix\u00e9 par groupe de fonctions. Enfin, le compl\u00e9ment indemnitaire est par nature exceptionnel.
