Les changements auront un impact sur tous les agents, comme l\u2019a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019administration \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, m\u00eame ceux qui n\u2019iront pas \u00e0 Gentilly ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>L\u2019objectif  est de \u00ab r\u00e9duire les r\u00e9sistances naturelles au changement, de favoriser l\u2019adh\u00e9sion progressive de l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs \u00bb (sic).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour atteindre son objectif, l&rsquo;administration d\u00e9ploie un r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;<strong>animateurs de la transition<\/strong>, personnels dont la mission est celle de \u00ab facilitateurs du changement \u00bb, \u00ab sans prise de d\u00e9cision ni arbitrage \u00bb.
