Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel FO constatent une d\u00e9gradation de leurs conditions de travail sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>fiches du registre Sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ce jour sont particuli\u00e8rement embl\u00e9matiques et montrent la souffrance des agents de l\u2019administration centrale dans des situations trop r\u00e9pandues : pression psychologique, encadrement autoritaire et infantilisant, risques psycho-sociaux en raison de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, acharnement constant et r\u00e9gulier de la hi\u00e9rarchie directe, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel FO accompagnent et \u00e0 d\u00e9fendent des coll\u00e8gues en souffrance: ils sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la <strong>dimension syst\u00e9mique<\/strong> de leurs situations qui aboutissent invariablement \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, l&rsquo;administration propose un GT d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la Qualit\u00e9 de vie et conditions de travail (QVCT) et la DGAFP organise un colloque sur le m\u00eame th\u00e8me. Mais, comment croire en une administration soucieuse du bien-\u00eatre et de la sant\u00e9 des agents quand elle n\u2019objective pas les <strong>signaux d\u2019alerte du mal-\u00eatre au travail<\/strong> ou ignore les <strong>RPS<\/strong> d\u2019une restructuration sur les coll\u00e8gues ? Comment croire que l\u2019administration prend en compte la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail de ses agents quand elle pr\u00e9pare le <strong>d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement<\/strong> de plus de la moiti\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re \u00e0 Gentilly dans les conditions qu\u2019on connait : <strong>open-space<\/strong> et <strong>flex office int\u00e9gral<\/strong>, <strong>nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de travail<\/strong> qui vont s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 ces conditions de travail indignes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SNPMEN-FO revendique la prise en compte r\u00e9elle de la souffrance des agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><a href=\"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/declaration-liminaire_F3SCT_8avril2026.pdf\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a> la d\u00e9claration liminaire du SNPMEN-FO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel FO constatent une d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail des personnels de l&rsquo;administration centrale sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
