{"id":963,"date":"2026-05-29T15:58:13","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T13:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/?p=963"},"modified":"2026-05-29T16:01:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T14:01:50","slug":"ldg-un-bilan-tres-decevant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snpmen-fo.fr\/index.php\/2026\/05\/29\/ldg-un-bilan-tres-decevant\/","title":{"rendered":"LDG : un bilan tr\u00e8s d\u00e9cevant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bilan des lignes directrices de gestion relatives aux promotions et \u00e0 la valorisation des parcours professionnels des personnels de nos minist\u00e8res pour l\u2019exercice 2025 figurait \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour du CSA du 18 mai 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis la loi de transformation de la fonction publique et la disparition des CAP pour l&rsquo;examen des titularisations, promotions et int\u00e9grations, le SNPMEN-FO constate que les tentatives de refus de titularisation se multiplient et que <strong>l&rsquo;opacit\u00e9 r\u00e8gne en mati\u00e8re de promotion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quel que soit le corps d&rsquo;appartenance des agents, les <strong>possibilit\u00e9s de promotion<\/strong> sont <strong>insuffisantes<\/strong> pour d\u00e9bloquer leur carri\u00e8re. Un chiffre donne le vertige, c&rsquo;est celui du nombre de promus sur le nombre de promouvables : en effet, pour 1 742 promouvables, il n\u2019y a eu que 112 promotions au total en 2025, TA et LA , fili\u00e8res administrative et ITRF r\u00e9unies. <strong>Le SNPMEN-FO revendique une augmentation des taux de promotion<\/strong> pour toutes les cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, le syndicat a saisi la secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale au sujet de la circulaire du 5 mai 2026 relative aux modalit\u00e9s de travail et de d\u00e9placement professionnels des agents de l&rsquo;Etat dans le contexte de hausse du co\u00fbt des carburants.
